How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and most items arrive within 7–15 business days depending on your location. Larger items such as cat trees may take a little longer. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Visit our Track My Order page any time after you receive your tracking email.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes — a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items. Items need to be unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Which size should I get?

Every product page lists measurements. As a rule of thumb, measure your pet from nose to tail and add about 15cm. If you are between two sizes, message us with your pet’s weight and breed and we will point you to the right one.

Are the materials safe for pets?

We use non-toxic, pet-safe fabrics and finishes, and avoid loose small parts that could be swallowed. Chew-resistant fabrics are exactly that — resistant, not chew-proof — so determined chewers should still be supervised.
