Track My Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. To check your delivery status, enter your tracking number with the carrier listed in that email.

Haven't received tracking yet? Orders take 1–3 business days to process before they ship. If it's been longer than that, contact our support team and we'll look into it right away.

Tip: for the smoothest experience, we recommend installing a tracking app such as Track123 or 17TRACK on your store to give customers a branded tracking page.
