We want you and your pet to love every PawSquare purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How returns work

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Email us at support with your order number to start a return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, used grooming tools and opened consumables cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
